Okay, so I know that it has been a looong time since I last posted...well anything. I have decided to get back with the program. So I will hopefully be posting more stuff from now on. I've been feeling really motivated as of late. I recently bought a wacom tablet (so excited) and I just ordered Photoshop CS6 that will arrive in about 10 days. Once it comes in hopefully I will do more. I will still draw but I will be able to edit them and do so much more now. I can't wait though it might take me awhile to get used to it.

As for life as a general...well. Things could be better but can't complain I guess. I have a steady part-time job though I wish it was a different job. Been out of school for about 3 yrs now and still not quite sure what I want to do, though I think I have an idea that is worth sticking with. One thing that has really been on my mind though is the lack of something, or rather someone else in my life. I have cousins getting married and starting families, and friends who seem so happy. People are always asking if I have a boyfriend or husband and when I say no they are surprised because I'm "such a nice girl"....! Um yeah, trying not to think about it too much though, just trying to be positive about everything. Things will work out and it shouldn't bother me too much.

Anyhow just trying to stay on track with everything and maybe being more active with art will help me keep an open mind to new possibilities. I miss my friends and most of all my big bro but I will see him again soon enough.

Now that I have your attention...just kidding.

Anyway, I'm back (not that I ever left) and I'm going to try and update more often now. It has been a long time since I last posted any artwork. I just decided to get off my lazy butt and do something. So I decided to become a little more active. I don't really have anything better to do.

On another note I'm STILL looking for a job. I swear I have applied everywhere and I haven't received a single phone call. I'm getting so anxious and extremely bored. I find myself just wondering around my house in order to kill time. My money is slowly dwindling and it's driving me crazy because I hate spending. I'm going on a trip to California in June and I need to save money for the trip. Not to mention I plan to move out with my sister and cousin in the summer AND I need money for schooling and other things. If I don't get a job soon I am going to lose my mind. If it weren't for my friends and family I would have already gone crazy. It is just so annoying. Gahhhh!!

i just turned 17 on may 12th, so i should probably be happy, but since most of my friends are only 15-16 or younger i feel kinda old compared to them.

i was in Edmonton on a band trip that day so Anita(twin sister) and i celebrated our b-day in our hotel room with our friends drinking hot chocolate. We also went to the West Edmonton Mall to go shopping and one of my friends mom's bought us some Orange Julius'.

i also got my bro a b-day gift cuz he turns 21 on may 17th. and my mom a gift for mother's day.

I know it probably looks as though i don't come on because of the lack of artwork (i appologize about that) but i do.

I do hope to get more pics up, instead of just the one that i have in scaps. The main reason i havn't is because i am really busy right now and things still have not died down yet.

I have been busy with school and all but thats not a big deal. The biggest part of "being busy" is my band life. No, I don't mean getting together in a friends garage and 'rockin out' with guitars, im talking about those big concert bands with all those weird instruments like Claranets, Flutes, Baratone, French Horns, ect...

Well, anyway i'm in school band (i play french horn), school jazz (trupet), and local band in the city called 'The Mossing School Of Music' where i play cacert band and jazz there too (same instuments). So i have band at pracitce at lunch every second day and jazz practice after school every Monday, and every Tuseday i'm in town with mossing band from 5:30-8:00 and jazz right after til 9:00 and i don't get home till 10:00. And then there's all the concerts.

On top of all this my school is having a musical' Peter Pan' and my band teacher lets people from the senoir band to volunteer to play the songs for the muical. Since i'm the only french horn in my school he 'volunteers' me, so now i have random practices for this.

Go ahead, call me a band geek. I won't deny i like band, thats why i'm in it, my parents don't force me to do anything. But all this running around can give a person a headache. After this Peter Pan is over next week i hope i'll have more time to post more art. I HOPE.

For right now im just going to enjoy what little free time i have...omg i talk to much...lol...i can't beleive i typed all of that ...sheesh.
